Refund policy

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, he can exercise the right of withdrawal, by sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt to Frantoi del Vùlture srl with registered office in Contrada Le Tufarelle 85029 Venosa, Potenza, Italy, within 14 days. from receipt of the purchased products. The Customer is invited to anticipate this communication to the email address sales@oliovu.com indicating the details of the purchase order. The purchased products must be returned to our office within 14 days of receipt of the same and subject to verification of the goods, the Company will refund the sums paid as soon as possible, in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The returned products must arrive at the Company headquarters intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts, as received by the Customer. The return of the purchased products are at the expense of the Customer in accordance with art. 67, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 206 of 06/09/2005.
