Shipping policy
The shipment of the purchased items will take place the working day following the receipt of the order, while in case of payment by bank transfer in advance the working day following the crediting of the payment. The delivery of the ordered products will be made to the shipping address that the Customer has indicated when completing the order. Depending on the destination area, deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 2 to 10 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. In order to ensure timely delivery, it is advisable to indicate an address where couriers will surely find someone on delivery, and a telephone number to be easily contacted.
The user acknowledges that the withdrawal of the Product is his specific obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt (so-called passage notice). The card will indicate the telephone number that the user must contact to request that the courier make a subsequent delivery attempt.
The user can indicate an alternative shipping address to the billing address and specify if it is a gift box.
